Default Pivot Chart Form problem

When I embed a pivot table form into a report, the column headings are
compressed and do not show the complete heading- even though in the form
itself, the headings look fine. How do I correct this?

Also, the expand and contract indicators show, even though I have turned
them off everywhere I can -

Also I'd like to make the column heading heights twice their normal height
so I can wrap and reduce the width of the columns- I can't seem to see
anywhere to do that.

Any help appreciated
