Default How do I insert hyperlinks footer so you don't open foot to link

How do you insert Hyperlinks in a word document such that you do not need to
open the footer on a given page in order to execute the link. I want to link
back to the TOC from every page, however, I want it very easy for the users
to select the link. No desirable to open the footer to have the hyperlink
work.

If you have Word 2002 or above, add the Go to TOC button to a toolbar.

Add a toolbar, with a 'Jump to TOC' button.
