I want to send an update without resetting the attendeesacceptance/declines
We often update an invitation with agendas for standing meetings and
conference call numbers assigned or changed at a later date. I want this information to be updated in the invitation but I don't want the recipient to have to accept or decline again and I don't want to lose the original acceptance or decline. Is there a way of updating an invitation this way? Thanks |

Thanks Outlook should process the updates automatically - or you can use the new message to attendees (It's Contact Attendees in Outlook 2010) to send the agenda and other information specific to the next meeting. -- Slipstick 'Outlook & Exchange Solutions Center' (http://www.slipstick.com) 'Outlook Tips' (http://www.outlook-tips.net/) -- http://forums.slipstick.com |

This is O 2003. |
