Default customize recurrence pattern

We are trying to set up monthly training classes in Outlook Calendar that
recur the [#] weekday of each month. Currently the selection # is first,
second, third, fourth, last.
I need it to go higher.

Is there a way to customize the drop down to indicate the correct day number?

There is no way to customize that drop-down and no way to specifiy the fifth
recurrence of a particular day. I'm guessing, because I didn't help design
Outlook and I've never spoken to anyone who has, but I suspect that's probably
because the fifth recurrence of a particular day doesn't always exist, which
means the recurrence isn't fixed. Outlook can handle only fixed recurrences
that always exist and there is always the first, second, third, fourth, or
last of a particular day, with the fourth and last sometimes being the same
day.
