Default setup.exe on Office Enterprise 2007 not working

Hello, I have the office enterprise 2007 cdrom and installed on my XP pc just
fine. I'm now having issues about a year later all of a sudden with Outlook.
I am trying to run a repair or reinstall. However, when I put the disk in
and autorun doesn't start, i then click on setup.exe. I get a screen for a
few seconds telling me that it's collecting data..then it disappears and I
then get a screen asking if I'd like to send the error report or not. I've
tried the cd in a different pc and it works just fine.

Office Enterprise is a one time installation the same PC.

Is this why the setup.exe isn't working? I noticed other people are having
the same issue but there is never a resolution posted/found. If I try to
repair via control panel, I get the same thing.
