There are a few options he
Convert presentations to VHS or DVD video http://www.pptfaq.com/FAQ00156.htm It depends on the nature of the presentation, but I would save the slides as pictures then use Movie Maker. Or if it was all pictures, I would scrap the PowerPoint file and create the whole thing in PhotoStory 3 (free for Windows users) as it has nice pan & zoom effects and is dead easy to use.
