Default MDA to MDW conversion

Could anyone tell me please if there is a utility out there which can
perform a satisfactory conversion from the .MDA format of Access V2 to the
..MDW format of later versions.

Unfortunately we have an MDA file for a database which was created well over
10 years ago and the creation details (Name, Organisation and WorkGroup ID)
have been lost in the intervening years with people leaving and Access has
moved on from V2. The .MDA works OK for most things, but trying to pass a
copy of the secured database to a customer is proving a bit of a headache.

I know that a new .MDW can be created by hand, but only if you have the
exact creation details, but if you have not, and the MDA is causing problems
(not corrupted) you seem to be stuck.

Any help would be gratefully received.
