Default How to send Publisher doc as email atchmnt w/out lines/design opt

I can create a newsletter in Publisher, but when I send it out as an email
attachment, it retains all the dotted lines and design options. In other
words, when receipients open the attachment, instead of seeing a clean
newsletter that they can just read, they get it as if they were going to play
around with the design of it. They get the options dialog box on the left
side of the screen, they get the document with perforated-looking lines
seperating each image or text box. I just want them to get a newsletter as
if it were a MSWord attachment or a print copy they were looking at. Any
advice?

TEAL was very recently heard to utter:

Use a PDF file. A free PDF converter is PrimoPDF, available at
www.primopdf.com

attachment or a print copy they were looking at.

Note that a Word file is just as editable when opened in an email attachment
as a Publisher file; it just doesn't have bordered object frames or wizard
task panes.
