set up OFF 2003 install on local pc on network
I have several laptops (WinXP) that I have loaded Office 2003 locally on
Admin account. When user of our network logs in (roaming profile) the Office install pulls from their profile which is a result of group policy. I want the local install to be used for these network users so that when they are offsite and want to run spell check they can even though they did not install it at the office. My users are frustrated because they did not install some component of Office before they took off for a conference and though Office is loaded on the local admin account it is of no help to them How do I resolve this? Forgive me if I am too wordy- sometimes it is hard to put user's frustrations into words. Ken |
