Any chance you want to (1) give us a few more details or (2) tell us why you
didn't post this in an Office newsgroup instead of Publisher or (3) should
we use our crystal balls? Mine needs a bit of Windex cuz' it's dusty.

Thank You so very much for your kind and decent words. I am so happy to have
an mvp on my case, it just creates a warm glowing feeling all over and
re-iterates my love for Microsoft. Was it Cinderella that had a crystal ball
or the wicked witch of the west? Anyway you don't use Windex on crystal. You
woke me up for this? Will Bill gates ever let me into heaven? Gee, you think
someone could just delete or remove it. That is possible with today's
technology. Thank you so much for your kind words. I will repost but I am so
afraid. Will they have anybody as nice as you?

Most of us try to be nice if there is anything to answer and JoAnn is
one of the most helpfull people on this NG which is not supported by
Microsoft but is a place for people to help each other.

MS Office is a group of programs and if you cannot tell us what won't
install and what the error msgs are then there is very little we can do
for you.

In any case this NG is about MS Publisher specificaly so Wot's Your Real
Problem?

Thank you so very much sir for your kind words. I am sure that they have
humor in California as well. No disrespect to any one here.

1. Neither of those characters used a crystal ball.

2. If I am out of crystal ball cleaner, Windex will work until I can get to
Crystalballs-R-Us.

3. I sent my message late last night so someone else woke you up this
morning.

4. Bill doesn't have anything to say about who gets in and who doesn't. At
least I don't think he does. I could be wrong tho. I KNOW - he bought the
Holy Grail!! That explains soooooooooooooo much.

Please note - the responses above are sarcasm. The response to your original
question was not. It was (1) a request for more information, (2) a general
question, and (3) a bit of humor. You responded to none of them, especially
the latter. Have a lovely day.
