Default In Outlook I want to change view setting for ALL folders

Using Office 2003.

In Outlook, I want to change the View settings for all the folders at once
(e.g. Reading Pane, Auto Preview, etc.) instead of needing to change each
individual folder's settings.. How can I do that?

Thanks.

Not possible with Outlook itself [1]. But you can use a tool as [2], but
this is in german language. If an english equivalent does exist -- I
don't know.
