Default Pictures - Reports and Idiots

I've searched this website and others for resolution to my problem. I've
found most of them but am left with these few.

My database keeps detailed data on various properties the my company visits.
I have three entry froms to get data in. Main Form is for text data, Form 1
is for Pictures and Comments on Floorplans and Form 2 is for Pictures and
Comments about Building Elevations.

Since I have many different people using this - and they don't have time to
learn. I have successfully got the forms to resize the photo to fit each
form. However, If i try to get the pictures to appear in a report - It loads
and formats the pictures every time you change to a new page.

This report takes a long time to load and uses a lot of memory. What is the
best way to load 5 or more pictures at once (so your pages to reformat every
time).

Access stores Picture name. Pics are BMP or JPG files in separate
directories.
