Link problems in XP but not 95
I have a main spreadsheet which is linked to quite a lot
of other spreadsheets (some of those also being linked to other spreadsheets, very complicated system) and when I open this in Excel for Windows XP it can take about 15 or even 20 minutes on a brand new PC. However.. when I open these spreadsheets using the old Windows 95 PCs in the office (which all of us at the office can't use all of the time) they open up almost instantaneously. Can anyone please help me and maybe enlighten me as to what I can do in XP to get the same results? Much appreciated Roy |
