Default Spellchecker and DLL files

Not sure where to post this....

My spellchecker no longer works with MSN email.

I am using Office 97 with MSN Explorer 9.50, IE6. It worked for years and
now I get a popup box that I do not have a dictionary installed. I have done
a fresh install of Office. I once saw an error message about a missing
MSGRxx32.DLL file. I no longer get this. I have checked the email settings
to be sure to check spelling.

I know spell checker works in Word and it also works with email on my other
laptop. So there must be something missing on my system now, perhaps I am
missing the .dll file? How do I fix this? Thanks.

This applies to Outlook Express. I don't know if it applies to the MSN
web mail.

For Office/Word97 on WinXP, this seems to be the common cause:
