Default Inserting clipart into a MS Word booklet

I'd like to insert clipart into a booklet, but would like to edit this
clipart by inserting text into it? Any ideas as to how to edit the clipart?

You would either have to edit the graphic in a graphics editor to combine it
with text (SnagIt is great for annotating graphics), or insert the text in a
borderless text box with no background fill and place it over the image.

Thanks, I installed SnagIt, but this doesnt seem like it will be an easy
thing to do, so wanted to try your second option...where do i get a
boarderless text box? Is it possible that there are some clipart that are
editable from the start? I didnt intend on this to be so complicated, just
wanted to make the booklet cover attractive, without having to do alot of
research and downloading.

Insert the graphic into the document. Draw a text box over the graphic
(Insert Text Box). Type the text in the text box. format the font, colour,
size and alignment as required. Right click the text box and select Text Box
Properties. Set the fill to 'No Fill' and the Line colour to 'No Line'. In
Word 2007 it is essentially the same, though the dialog boxes are slightly
different).

Open the snagit editor. Load your graphic. From the draw tab select the
large A in the drawing tools and drag a rectangular area where you want the
text. Type the text in the area. Format it using the Styles.
