Printing issue when trying to print 2 documents at the same time
Hi,
I have a user that when he right clicks on 2 word documents and wants to print them, the documents are not sent to the printer.When I test it out from my computer with 2 word documents, I have no problem. He's able to print 1 word document by right clicking with no problem. Same problem if he tries to right click and tries to open 2 word documents,they don't open. Anybody know what can cause this and how to correct it?
