Switch from Exchange to standalone pc with POP 3 email

Hi
Just got Office 2007, installed it but when Outlook was first run it was set
to use an exchange server by mistake.

How can I change it to use POP 3 email? At the moment, when I start Outlook
it searches for the Exchange server (which we dont have), and then it comes
up saying cant find the server and closes. There is no option to change from
using Exchange back to POP 3.

I have tried uninstalling it and putting it back on again but no good, it
still seems to have the previous settings to use Exchange server which
obviously are stored somewhere and not wiped when I uninstall. I have tried
deleting the Microsoft Office folder under program files after uninstalling
too.

Any help you can give would be very much appreciated.
