Default MS Office accounting / Server setup

I have a couple of questions

1. Do detailed instructions exist as to how to install ms accounting ona
server? if so woudl you attach a link.

2. we are currently using outlook 07 on an exchange server and would like to
use business contact manager as well. If that is the case do we need a
"corporate" data base thathas all our contacts in one place? If so could I
get intruction on doing that?

the goal is to tie oulook and the accounting together and to use it heavily
for our business. Any help would be appreciated
