Default Scheduling

When our HR dept. sets up an interview it will usually involve 3 or
more people who need to appear at the interview at different time.
Example: An applicant comes in for a 4 hour period and the first hour
is with Joe Blow, the second with say Rick Stick, the third with Jill
Hill, and the forth hour is for testing.
HR would like to be able to send 1 e-mail to all people involved but
only have outlook put the specified time on the person's calendar.
Is this possible?
