Default access sharing on calendar, appointments, and key activities in outlook 2002.

My boss gives me an assignment involving the MS Outlook
2002 product..im having a hard time on how can i
accomplish such task. the main outline for the assignment
is : 1. COMPARE WAYS TO SHARE INFORMATION 2. PERMIT OTHER
TO ACCESS A FOLDER 3. ABOUT DELEGATE ACCESS 4. ABOUT
PUBLIC FOLDERS.

The first part of this assignement is: To have shared
calendar (appointment, work schedules...) and tasks
between all key employees in the Ductile Division.
The main objective of this is to start a new management
practice where managers (and gradually all employees with
access to PC) will have their appontments and key
activities logged on their outlook screen and we can share
it and know the appointments and the availability of each
other by just accessing the calendar of each others
throught the network. As a result of this, meetings can be
better scheduled and tasks can be better filed.
As a result of this, meetings can be better scheduled
and tasks can be better followed up. Futher, we can assign
tasks and distribute resposibilities through outlook.

Please help me have at least an idea on how can i
accomplish such assignment using the MS outlook 2002
application. Someone please assist me..on how to do's...
Thank you for your kind consideration...
..
