Outlook2000 task assigning

Default Outlook2000 task assigning

When I try to assign a task to another user it arrives
with them as a standard email not as a task. Therfore the
task lists don't get updated.

How to I remmidy this??

Send in Outlook Rich Text Format.

After searching google.groups.com and finding no answer, Steve asked:
