Anchor Image Description
I use the anchor image tag in my Outlook email to define a link with image.
The image also has a description defined using the ALT tag. When I read the mail I sent and hover my cursor over the image, I see the http address instead of the image description. I replaced the ALT tag with TITLE. Now I see the description but appended to the http address. How do I make sure only the descritpion I attached appears? Is there a way to turn off the http address appearing? |

Anchor Image Description
I don't know of any way to turn it off. It's a security issue. Users should
be able to see what they're linking to, without viewing the source code for the message. -- Sue Mosher, Outlook MVP Author of Microsoft Outlook Programming - Jumpstart for Administrators, Power Users, and Developers http://www.outlookcode.com/jumpstart.aspx "Raghavendra Nagappa" Raghavendra wrote in message ...
