Breaking Links
I have been developing a workbook in excel 2000 and have somehow
managed to link a data workbook to the display file. I need to break this link as other people using the display workbook will not have access to the data files. In building the new display workbook I have copied and special pasted values into the new work book as I go. There are no direct references to any cells in the data workbook. I have no idea where the link(s) are but need to get rid of them. Any help much appreciated. |

Thanks for the feedback. Do keep Bill Manville's link at
Stephen Bullen's MVP page handy because sooner or later you will need it. Though I think I would use this link to read about FINDLINK first, rather than going straight for the download. http://www.bmsltd.ie/mvp/ "Duncan" wrote in message ... Thanks for the info. Hi Frank,
I have a similar problem to Duncan so I have downloaded the add in you recommended, however once I open it nothing seems to happen! Can you give any further instructions please?!
