My outlook informs me that I have reach max capacity of 1000 entries. How do I increase this number. Tell me in plain english, I am not computer savey.

Are you speaking of the number of contacts and is this in the Contacts folder
of a Hotmail account? If so, then there's nothing you can do. It's a Hotmail
limitation, not an Outlook limitation.
