Default Inserting contact info

When I want to send an email in outlook and the info is not in my
contacts, I have to make a new contact in order to send the message.

Any way of turning this off?
THANKS
Robin

Untrue. Simply type the address of the recipient in the To field. You do not
need to make a contacts.
