trouble viewing working document on screen, not positioned correct

I am working on a document in Pub 2003 and the document is moved over and
down on the working desktop area. It is at 0 on the guide line, but the
guide begins before you can see the document on the screen. I have to move
the slider bar on the botton of the screen over and the slider bar on the
side of the screen down significantly before I can even view or work on my
document. Can anyone help? How do I move my document on the screen back to
the left and up to work with?

reduce your zoom level, then move your objects over to the work area?
