Why do I have to enter my password everytime I open Access?
I set up some security file for a particular database. But now,
whenever I open ANY access application, it prompts me for password. Other ppl don't have this problem. how do I get rid of it? I just want security for one database, not all of them. |

You need to revert back to the standard system.mdw. The preferred method is to specify an MDW on the command line when you start your application, using the /WRKGRP switch. This will affect only that application. See http://support.microsoft.com/kb/209207 for more info on command line switches. Armen Stein Microsoft Access MVP www.JStreetTech.com |
