Error 1305 - MSOSV.DLL problems

I have had office 2003 on my Dell laptop since 2005. This is the 2nd time
that I reconfigured the laptop and reinstalled everything. This time
however, when I try to install the office 2003 suite, I getting the following
error message:
Error 1305: Setup cannot read file
D:\FILES\PFILES\COMMON\MSSHARED\WEBFLDRS\MSOSV.DLL
