Default MS Office Accounting 2008 (FREE Version) on Vista

I've been trying to install Microsoft Office Accounting 2008 (FREE Version)
all afternoon on my HP Pavilion running Vista Premium, however, all I get is
hours of the setup wizard bar installing Microsoft SQL Server 2005 Express
(MSSMLBIZ).

I have re-downloaded the setup file from the accounting web pages, and I
have tried to run the program in XP sp 2 as Admin -however, nothing yet...

Any thoughts on this problem?

Blessings,

AT
