Default Problems with VCS File

I downloaded my son's school schedule from the school's website. It is a vcs
file. I imported it into his MS Outlook 2000 on his computer and the times
got all messed up. They are way off.

I imported the same file into my MS Outlook 2002 on my laptop, and it worked
great. Do you know what could be causing the problem on his computer?

Thanks.

check that the Regional Date and Time Settings (in your
Control Panel) are the same on your son's PC as they are
on your Laptop. That would be the first place I would look.
