Default limiting the number of rows/columns in worksheet

Can I limit the number of rows and/or columns in a
worksheet? I don't want hundreds of rows, just maybe 50
per worksheet. Thanks -

You can limit the number of *visible* rows/columns (the worksheet will still
have 65535 rows and 256 columns),
- select the rows you want to be invisible and choose FormatRowHide. Repeat
with the columns.
