Default Strange Outlook problem reading mail.

I have a strange problem regarding Microsoft Office 2000, Outlook, wich
appeard some weeks ago. When I receive a mail, have read it and want to
close it, a message pops up saying: "Would you like to save changes".
Whether I click on the "yes" or "no" button, what happens is really a big
problem for me to find out. The mail suddenly disappears from the inbox,
goes to the out box, and after a few seconds it appears as a new incoming
mail to my self, and this time with my mail address as the sender. I have no
rules assigned to this account which might could have caused something like
this.

Anyone who has experienced similar problems who can give me feedback on how
to figure this out..?

Many thanks

T.Brovold
