Exchange 2003 - Outlook 2003
Want to share calendar but do not want other to see what the meet or appointment is about, just want to show them the time is occupied. Is there an easy way to set up? Thanks |

This exchange server add-on http://www.ExchangeGroupCalendar.com has that as one of the standard settings. It displays the items that selected users have in their personal calendar(s) in a public folder(s) after transforming them when needed.
