Directory & Book Fold
Hello,
I am using Office 2007 .. I have a database with over 1000 records. I am attempting to setup a directory of employees. I would like to have my directory in landscape format .. 2 pages per sheet .. I need to be able to number my directory .. if I set it up in landscape and then do 2 columns and then try numbering it obviously sees the page as 1 page even though I have 2 columns. I successfully imported all my data and it looks great .. I'm just lost as to how to number my pages for the booklet .. I would appreciate any direction that all the experienced users on here could give me .. Thanks! |

Directory & Book Fold
If you are actually using "Book fold," you just add page numbers as usual
and let Word sort out the pagination. -- Suzanne S. Directory & Book Fold
I can't tell you exactly, but in Word 2003, on the Margins tab of Page
Setup, it's under "Multiple pages." See also http://word.mvps.org/FAQs/Formatting...etPrinting.htm -- Suzanne S.
