Default Different Second page


I've created quite the letter head for the first page, but would only like
it to be the first page.
I'd like a simple watermark to appear on the second page forward.
How do I set it to do that?
When I check the "different first page" box, the header and footer go
away...

want one header on the first page and a different header on other pages.
