Default how fix labels merged from excel so name is first and not address

After I setup mail merge to print labels from excel, print preview shows the
street addreas before the name even after I double-check the address match so
please can someone tell me how to fix this and how to get all pages of labels
printed at the same time - not just the first 30 which is the number of
labels on each page.

Thank you,

MaryAnn

Instead of using the addressblock field, or bothering with trying the match
your actual field names with those that Word is expecting when using that
field, just insert the actual field names into the label in the
configuration that you want them.
