The default viewing for Outlook calendars is 6 months. I can view my
archived calendar folder, but I need to also view the shared archieved
calendar folders.

What type of email account? If exchange, are you using autoarchive or does
the exchange admin have aging set on the server?

For autoarchive, right click on the calendar folder, choose properties and
change the setting.
If you need help, see http://www.slipstick.com/Tutorials/auto/archive.htm

if they are archived to a pst on another computer you need to have access to
the folder location the pst is at.
