What type of email account? If exchange, are you using autoarchive or does
the exchange admin have aging set on the server? For autoarchive, right click on the calendar folder, choose properties and change the setting. If you need help, see http://www.slipstick.com/Tutorials/auto/archive.htm -- Diane Poremsky [MVP - Outlook] Outlook Tips: http://www.outlook-tips.net/ Outlook & Exchange Solutions Center: http://www.slipstick.com/ Outlook Tips by email: EMO - a weekly newsletter about Outlook and Exchange: Poll: What version of Outlook do you use? http://forums.slipstick.com/showthread.php?t=27072 "KJL43" wrote in message ...
