Default How to store value of questionnaire in powerpoint

If i am doing a questionnaire in the powerpoint, how do i store the value of
users selected and later review their answers?

I'm creating a powerpoint questionnaires to students for them to answer.
After they have answered by clicking their choice, how do i store their

I have examples of this on my site (http://www.PowerfulPowerPoint.com/).
You might want to look at Examples 7.9 and 8.11 under "Examples by
Chapter" and Trick #1 under "More Tricks."

IF (BIG IF), they have the full copy of PowerPoint and are on PCs (not MACs),
(within PPT 2003) you can click on View, Toolbars, Control Toolbox. In this
toolbar you'll see an icon for a box that has abc in it. Click on that and
draw the box on the screen for your students to enter their answer. Repeat
for more questions. The students can only enter answers when they run the
slideshow and then they'll need to save it or print it for you to review.
