Default Page size set to A4, but preview is different

I have set a report to print to a specific printer.
(happens to be a PDF distiller)

The page sizes for all of the printers configured on this
pc, are A4. (210mm x 297mm)

The settings for the access report are for an A4 page.

I have set the page to landscape view, so the width will
fit on one page, although expect the report to split to
two pages down. (not across)

What I get is all of the data fitting onto ONE page, that
isn't even A4! It's a square!

Does anyone have any ideas/suggestions..?

Many thanks in advance!

Regards,

Fraser.

Fraser,

At a guess your distiller / pdf printer settings need some
adjusting. Good luck finding your way around Adobe's
stuff. I am still finding settings in obscure areas of
their properties.
