Default If enveloped made part of document, envelope prints but the letter afterward does not print.

We have a "master letter" file that has our "logo", a word drawing, inserted prior to the return address on envelope. Our letterhead verbage and logo are in the header of the following page. In our Office 97 version of Word this worked fine. On our new computer with Office 2003 Basic, this no longer works. The envelope prints and then we get a blank page. You can not select the letter (i.e. print current page, print page 2). Prints fine once the envelope is deleted.

Any solutions or reasons why this is occurring?

Thank you.

Chances are, the binary structures of the file are damaged.

If you create a new document, copy across any boilerplate. Recreate margins,
headers, footers, etc. Then reinsert a new envelope does that work?
