Error 2711

I installed 02ksr1a but PC froze during. Now I can't repair using Office Premium CD nor can I remove because I get message "Internal error 2711." I need help to get Office back in operation. Thanks.

Check the KB article: http://support.microsoft.com/?id=304429 which asks to use MSI Cleanup utility to fix the issue.

KB says "IMPORTANT: The Msicu.exe and Msicuu.exe (Windows Installer CleanUp) utilities are not supported on systems where Microsoft Windows Installer 2.0 or later is installed, including Microsoft Windows XP. "
