Importing Backgrounds
Hi-
There is a background in one of my earlier .ppt files (PP2002) that I'd like to use as a background in a PP2007 file. Can I import from the old to the new? I have no idea where it resides in the old program....only that it is IN one of the presentation. (What I'm having an issue with in Office 2007 is the HELP portion. Type in something and you get at least 100 things to read through. Don't like that. Wish there was a way to turn on the traditional HELP interface) |

Importing Backgrounds
Hi Jim
One way to do it would be to use home tab - new slide drop down - reuse slide - navigate to the existing presentation - tick the 'keep source formatting' box at the bottom - add a slide. The slide should then come in with its master (and thus the background you want to use). Hope that helps, Lucy -- Lucy Thomson PowerPoint MVP MOS Master Instructor www.aneasiertomorrow.com.au "Jim Varner" wrote in message ...
