Bottom row of labels empty
I have the same problem already posted earlier, but the answer
This is normally due to printers that can't print within 1/2" from the bottom of the page. You may need to: Decrease your top margin by a small amount Add the same small amount to your bottom margin Move controls on the report down the same small amount -- Duane Hookom MS Access MVP do not help me (I tried on several HP-Ink Jets). Even if I go to the minimum at top and bottom margin (I entered on both top and bottom a "0" and got so finally the minimal value, when I reopend the page settings), the last row is blank ? Then I increased the bottom value several times by small values, but this did not change anything ? It seems to me, that the sum of the vertical size of all labels always is greater than the printable size. Only if I reduce the vertical size of the labels in the report, than it works, but than the position of the text on the labels of the Zweckform 3474 changes from top to bottom. Do you mind providing:
Height of your labels: Number of labels down: Space above the top label on your paper: Space below the bottom label on your paper: Minimum top margin allowed by your printer: Minimum bottom margin allowed by your printer: -- Duane Hookom MS Access MVP -- "Gerald Lindinger" wrote in message ... Labels are Zweckform 3474
Height = 3,7 cm (3,709 created in the report by the label assistant) Number of labels = 8 Space above the top label on your paper: approx. 0.4mm Space below the bottom label on your paper: approx. 0.4mm Minimum top margin allowed by your printer: 1,69 mm Minimum bottom margin allowed by your printer: 12,45 mm Gerald Lindinger "Duane Hookom" wrote: Do you mind providing: Height of your labels: Number of labels down: Space above the top label on your paper: Space below the bottom label on your paper: Minimum top margin allowed by your printer: Minimum bottom margin allowed by your printer: -- Duane Hookom MS Access MVP -- "Gerald Lindinger" wrote in message ... According to my calculations assuming A4 paper (297 mm height), you won't
get this to work. Your printer is not capable of printing close enough to either the top or bottom of the page. 1,69 + 12.45 + (8*37) 310 Normally inkjet label paper "burns" half label (18.5 mm) at the top and half label at the bottom. -- Duane Hookom MS Access MVP -- "Gerald Lindinger" wrote in message ...
