Too many queries
Hello,
I believe I need to create different queries for every report I create. I am going to be creating about 40 different reports. I know there is a way to house these queries in a module and connect the module to each report. Can you please help me with this? Thanks |

Too many queries
Not exactly sure what you are asking, but you can create a query and save it
with a unique name, then use that name as a recordsource for a report.... Are the 40 different reports completely different or only slightly different from each other? If only slightly different (using same tables, etc.) then it might behoove you to design a form with the various parameters for the differing reports and build your query in code. You've described "how" you are planning to solve a need (40 different
reports, different queries), but not what the underlying need might be. If you'll explain more about your data and the underlying need, perhaps folks here can offer alternate approaches.
