Default INTERNAL ERROR 2349

Hi Sheila,

CAUSE1.
I would request you to check is the DISK 2 damaged. This issue may also
occur if you use a DVD or CD-RW drive to install Office 2000. To work
around this issue, use a CD-ROM drive to install Office 2000.

CAUSE2. This problem occurs if you have Symantec Corporation's Norton
AntiVirus software installed on your computer.
To resolve this problem, turn off Norton AntiVirus, and then restart the
installation. After it is installed, you can turn Norton AntiVirus back on.

Please let me know if i can be of further assistance...

Thank You...
Raghu...
