Create a PST file. Copy your Contacts Folder into it.
Open that PST file on the other installation. -- Russ Valentine [MVP-Outlook] "Rabbit" wrote in message ... I'm running XP Home Edition v.2002 and MS OFfice XP Small Business v.2002 on both the old computer and new one. How can I move the contacts from my old computer to my new one? |

Not sure I understand your question. All Outlook data, including your
Contacts, is in the PST file. -- Russ Valentine [MVP-Outlook] wrote in message ... Can you outline the first step too? Let me ask my question this way. If you could not open Outlook and needed to get a copy of your contacts, how would you get that info. In other words, where would I need to go if I was trying to find the file through "My Computer" or "Explore"?

Search for *.pst. All Outlook data is contained in one file with a PST
extension. The file is hidden on some OS. -- Russ Valentine [MVP-Outlook] "Rabbit" wrote in message ... Let me ask my question this way.
