PowerPoint 2000 - Organization Chart Problem

Hi,

I've installed Ms Office 2000 Premium (Full installation) on my PC.

However, when i clicking on the Organization Chart Option from PowerPoint,
it will show this :

The server applcation, source file, or items can't be found, or returned an
unknown error. You may need to reinstall the server application.


I did try reinstall / removed & reinstall the full pack, but it still happens.

It also happens on Office 97.


Anyone can assists ?

Hi, Sonia,

I readg through the article u forwarded to me. And i follow the step as
provided. But it didn't works.

Again, just to let you know. I've using the same CD (MS Office 2000 Premium)
to install on some of the others PC, the OrgChart able to work as normal.

Please assists
