Visio date stamp in title and border
Hi,
I am creating a template in Visio 2007. I chose a title that contains a date stamp. Every time I open it the date gets updated to today’s date. However does anybody know how to stop this from being updated? I want to use this title as the date updating is fine until my flow chart is in the final version signed off and then the date needs to stay stagnant. Val |

The title block contains a data field, you will need to delete this field and substitute the final date manually. The title block shapes are complicated though and exact instructions will depend upon the shape. Which title shape is it? (Use the document explorer to find it) -- Regards, Paul Herber, Sandrila Ltd.
