Default System Reboot with no CD

A few months ago my mum bought Office 2007 but instead of buying the CD she
downloaded it instead for installing
The computer has gone a bit Irish and started to play up, i.e sounds just
disappeared..
IM going to do a system restore to go back to the origional settings and
have made a backup of all my files but im worried that we'll lose office and
theres no CD.

I have the confirmation email and the product key with the link to where it
was downloaded firstly. Will i be able to download it again?
cheers

If it was downloaded there should be an installation file on the PC which
can and should be saved to external media
(Maybe in My Downloads?)
Otherwise log back on to where it was downloaded & see if the cd can be
ordered
And yes you will lose Office and *everything else* if you restore to factory
spec
PS If sounds have gone that may simply be a driver problem, eg you used MS
Update to update drivers
Why not post to a group that supports your o/s with your probs, before you
take the nuclear option?
