Default toolbar changes not saved

When I add or delete icons from a toolbar, Visio does not save them for more
than two sessions. That is, in session one I will make the changes; in
session 2 the changes are usually still there; but by session 3 the toolbar
has reverted back to the delivered version. What can I do to fix this problem?

Hello Rick,

A few questions:

Do you tend to use particular Visio drawings?

Do you have Adobe Acrobat (nor reader) installed and if so, what version?

Do you have multiple Application instances (of Visio) open at once?

Also, have a look at this link and see if it helps:

Best regards

John
